Sorority Housing Complex

This project is situated on a 1.6 acre site in the heart
of the Emory Campus and consists of sitework, utilities, land
improvements and the construction of a 92,000 square foot, 5-story
building. The building structure is concrete foundations, load bearing
masonry walls, hollow core floor planks and a metal roof truss system.
The exterior veneer shall be brick and stucco. The interior construction
is metal stud and drywall construction with wood flooring, carpet and
tile finishes. |
