Woodward Academy
Richardson Hall Fine Arts Center

This project consisted of a 69,000 S.F. addition and renovation to the Richardson Hall Fine Arts Building which included addition of a theater, photography lab/dark room, sculpture studios, choral and band rooms, painting studios, dance studios and sound-proof music practice rooms; and an 11,850 S.F. renovation and two-story addition to the existing Carlos Hall administrative building including a new boardroom area and admission offices. New South Construction was awarded this project and worked under a cost-plus contract as a result of our previously successful projects at Woodward Academy. The project was awarded along with the new Lower School complex. Richardson Hall was a 2000 AGC Build Georgia Award nominee.
