This project consisted of a new
administration area, two classrooms, a multi-purpose area, and renovation
of existing space for a library. The sitework included a modular block
retaining wall system and new parking for future additions. New South
Construction was awarded this project through an interview process and
worked under a cost-plus contract with a guaranteed maximum price. |
