This project consisted of a two level
addition to the existing building with a parking deck below the new
addition, and renovation of the existing building. The sitework included
demolition of the existing hardscapes and parking; and replacing them
after an underground storm retention system and a modular block wall
system have been installed.
The facility serves as a reception,
meeting and hospitality facility for the Alumni of Emory University. The
facility consists of a large Governor's Hall ballroom, a boardroom, a
library, several private dining rooms, a Gallery Hall of Honor, an
Alumni Career Center, and office areas for the Alumni staff. All of
these areas and the lobby and public areas contain high-level finishes.
