This project involves the development of a 12-acre site in the middle of the Mercer University campus. The building is a three-story complex containing five basketball courts, an indoor swimming pool, rifle range, four restaurants, and an indoor “streetscape.” The arena component includes tiered seating for over 3,000 people and three sky boxes overlooking the basketball court. The site includes three parking lots and extensive hardscape / landscape to blend in with the existing campus.
