Facility Relocation

This project consisted of the relocation of the Mill
Springs Academy private school. The first phase of this project
consisted of the site development; the roadwork associated with the new
site; and the construction of administration, classroom and
multi-purpose spaces. Construction of the second phase consisted of a
16,875 SF gymnasium building with multi-purpose spaces. New South
Construction provided budgeting and cost input as the drawings
progressed. New South Construction was awarded this project through an
interview process and worked under a cost-plus contract. |
