North Cobb Christian School

  This project consisted of the addition of a two-story classroom building and gymnasium, an additional classroom wing, and athletic fields to the North Cobb Christian School. New South Construction provided budgeting and cost input throughout the design development and fund raising stage. New South Construction was awarded this project through an interview process and  worked  under a cost-plus contract. The North Cobb Christian School Classroom Addition was a 1998 American Concrete Institute First Place Award winner.
