COMPANY HISTORY

New South Construction Company is a mid-size commercial general contractor established in March of 1990, working in the Metro-Atlanta area. New South Construction is ranked among the top Atlanta-area contractors with 2004 revenues of $95 million. New South Construction Company’s core projects include private schools, churches, private clubs, airport work, corporate work, industrial plants, law enforcement facilities, and office buildings. The main source of the growth of New South Construction over the past 15 years has been repeat business and referral work from previous clients.

The philosophy of New South Construction Company is to perform work for a select group of clients and target projects, and to ensure that the necessary attention is provided on each project we undertake. Our goal on all of our projects is to obtain our client's complete satisfaction by performing our work for the most competitive price, with the highest quality construction and within the schedule requirements. We take all steps necessary to ensure that these three goals are met and that at the end of each project, our client is more impressed with New South Construction than they were at the first interview. With the market of work we target, customer satisfaction, repeat business, and excellent referrals from previous projects are the keys to our continued success.

These philosophies have been in place for 17 years now at New South Construction and have resulted in our continuous growth and success. Although New South has grown from a $4 million company to an $150 million company, our philosophy remains client driven rather than revenue driven. We are still providing construction services for the same companies we worked with during our first year, which we feel speaks for itself in the quality of work we provide.
